De plus, La Belle et Le Beau affichent tous deux une certaine « folie » bucolique en osant la nudité au beau milieu des feuilles, une folie qui a changé de décor mais qui au fond est très représentative du style des publicités pour Classique et Le Mâle.

C’est tout particulièrement aux côtés du réalisateur Jean-Baptiste Mondino que Jean-Paul Gaultier a trouvé l’allié idéal à sa fantaisie publicitaire, ce qui créa pour Classique et Le Mâle de nombreuses publicités mythiques.
