Antaeus is a very complex character and all in duality. He is at the same time as powerful as a God while retaining the tenderness of a man. He displays an outgoing personality that does not hesitate to seduce all women with his very sensual sensitivity. Antaeus is a virile man who appreciates being loved. His secret weapon is the alliance of power and sensitivity. Also, this juice is just as enigmatic as its character. Make no mistake, behind its very assertive appearance actually hides a number of subtleties.
The creative nuances of Chanel
Antaeus was imagined by perfumer Jacques Polge. It is a strong and seductive juice that imposes itself in a very leathery structure. Antaeus starts with the combination of myrtle and scarlet sage. In this sense, it is particularly herbaceous. What’s more, its scent is further enhanced by an aromatic facet of lavender. His heart, meanwhile, is particularly elegant. It delivers delicate accents of May rose and powdery scents of violet and iris. Finally, it is in its background that truly displays all his masculinity. This one is full of the intensity of patchouli and labdanum. Everything is then further amplified by the presence of vetiver and sandalwood. Antaeus thus leaves behind a persistent and warm scent softened with a hint of delicately honeyed tonka bean.

A new tribute to the majestic vanilla of Shalimar. Explorer in search of the most beautiful scents, Thierry Wasser, Perfumer Guerlain, went to draw his inspiration in Mexico.

For this 3rd opus, the perfumer went to look for the rarest vanilla in his land of origin, Mexico. He thus found the plants of Vanilla planifolia, discovered by the Aztecs more than 1000 years ago. Rare and confidential, this vanilla remains one of the most esteemed, subtle and refined in the world.
Its delicate fruity accents, its gourmet notes of caramel and chocolate, reveal a luminous and enveloping trail on the skin.
